We are not sure if God will continue to grow our family in number, however we continue to grow in love and our roots deepen and take hold. My prayer for my family is that we deepen our love for the lord as we travel this journey to discover God's purpose for each of our lives. We surrender ourselves and may we always be open to the plans He has for us.


For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:14-19

Happy Birthday Dio!

2/29(28) Dio's Birthday - And we had more birthday celebrating three days after Donatella's!  We had our traditional birthday breakfast - mom's special pancakes, follwed by another 1/2 day of school!  The kids got to go see their friends Danny and Sarah, and spend the afternoon at the "Natural Disasters" Homeschool Day that a group of mom's organized (demonstrating different Natural Disasters, and talking about how to minister to those who experience one), and they sang a special Happy Birthday to Dio. 

We had Dio's favorite food for dinner - pasta with butter, no sauce, and meatballs :)  Then ate a special hockey cake - which I forgot to take a picture of!  Grandma and Grandpa came over for dessert and we all enjoyed a special night. 

Happy Birthday Dio - for God called you from my womb at the appointed time - Leap Year Day!  You are a special gift to us!  We love you, Mommy and Daddy
